Frequently Asked Questions
What are the typical internship hours with Coach Shea?
At least 5+ hours per week Monday through Friday only. We do not offer internship hours on weekends, holidays or evenings.
How many internship positions are available with Coach Shea?
We do our best to put our athletes first in all we do, and that includes limiting the number of people on the court while they train. This keeps our number of interns very low, but creates greater opportunity for focused learning and connection.
Does Coach Shea offer letters of recommendation or references after I complete the internship?
Yes! For interns who have successfully logged at least 120 hours, we're happy to provide an official certificate of completion, professional letters of recommendation and references for you.
I submitted an application, when will I hear back?
Due to the volume of applicants, we cannot guaranteed a response to every application. We do read each one and will contact qualified applicants to schedule a phone interview as soon as possible. Please make sure to double check your contact e-mail and include your availability.
Does Coach Shea offer paid internships?
Unfortunately, we do not offer paid internships at this time.
When can I start my internship?
If you've been contacted via e-mail by info@sheafrazee.com and have been extended an invitation for a phone interview, your start date is completely individual to you and the availability we have on the court.
