How can I train with Coach Shea in-person?

Due to limited availability and a commitment to providing personalized attention to athletes, sessions are waitlist only

Where does Coach Shea train athletes?

Most private in-person training sessions are based in Los Angeles and Orange County, California. Additional private sessions occur throughout the US and internationally through travel requests.

I sent a Private Training Waitlist Application, when will I hear back?

Applications are reviewed on a regular basis, however, processing times may vary. Sending multiple applications for the same athlete may delay processing further. All approval, rejection and waitlist-approval communications will be sent to you from info@sheafrazee.com
