Do I need any special equipment for The Range Growth Challenge?
At minimum, you should have a basketball and consistent access to a standard sized basketball hoop or basketball court for 5 days a week to complete each workout.
Do I need to be on a team?
No, we've designed The Range Growth Challenge to be self-led and adjustable to any play level from beginner to advanced.
Can I add The Range Growth Challenge to my current shooting and team workout routines?
That depends. Off-season athletes would benefit from adding this program to their current routines. However, we'd advise any in-season athletes to consult with their training circle and medical professionals as needed before adding this program to their schedules.
If I skip a workout day, should I repeat the shooting routines twice a day?
We wouldn't advise doubling or tripling of the shooting reps in The Range Growth Challenge if you miss a day or two. When you can get back on the court, give the single day your best. Then move on to other diversified training activities in order to prevent injury and burnout.
